Dành cho Chủ tịch và Phó chủ tịch Hội sinh viên quốc tế, đủ tín chỉ học kỳ trước và GPA học kỳ trước từ 2.5 trở lên.
- Đối tượng là thành viên Ban chấp hành Hội sinh viên quốc tế, gồm Chủ tịch và Phó chủ tịch.
- Sinh viên năm 1, năm 2, năm 3 và sinh viên năm 4 thuộc chương trình 5 năm phải đạt từ 12 tín chỉ trở lên trong học kỳ trước.
- Sinh viên năm 4 và sinh viên năm 5 thuộc chương trình 5 năm phải đạt từ 6 tín chỉ trở lên trong học kỳ trước.
- GPA học kỳ trước phải đạt từ 2.5 trở lên.
